Green Mango Smoothie

Simple, 4-ingredient smoothie with frozen mango, banana and spinach. Healthy and refreshing, perfect as a summer snack!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango

  • 1/2 medium ripe banana (previously peeled // chopped and frozen)

  • 1/2 - 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 2 hand fulls of fresh spinach

Recipe

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy and smooth, adding more almond milk to thin, or more frozen mango or ice to thicken.

  • Taste and adjust ingredients as needed, adding more lime for acidity, banana for sweetness, or dragon fruit for a more intense dragon fruit flavor.

  • Serves 2 (as original recipe is written) - garnish with additional chopped mango chunks. Best when fresh, though leftovers keep covered in the refrigerator for 1-2 days.
